What tablets are good?(I'm a begginer) i personally use wacom bamboo (which is great)or something, but i think there are definitely other good ones out there :)
have you heard of the program Mischief? If yes how do you feel about it? nope never heard XD

Anything by Wacom! I've had the old Bamboo Pen & Touch for over two years now and it's been wonderful. <3 My next tablet is going to be their Intuos Pro, but for a beginner what they are now calling the Intuos Pen & Touch would be the best(its the equivalent of the old Bamboos, basically), or even the Intuos Pen if you want to cut costs and don't need to use your fingers on the tablet!

Yes. I downloaded the trial of it, and while a fantastic program, the files cannot be exported as any file type but the program's own. That means it is a big pain to get it saved for nice uploading to the internet. For an experienced artist who can afford to have multiple art programs it is probably a great for certain things, but for someone starting out I would recommend SAI way before any other art program, even though I don't use it myself very often(just because I'm so accustomed to photoshop!).

I'm not entirely sure on this one, but I've heard that wacom bamboo tablets are pretty good. I personally used a wacom Intuos manga (just started using it 2 days ago) and I'm just starting to get the hang of using it.

Ehh, no. Haven't heard of it before, sorry ><

I'd suggest either GIMP (though GIMP is free) or Paint Tool SAI. They seem to be popular art programmes among most people. However, if you're wanting to do animations, I'd recommend Anime Studio.

I've tried it. It's good, but it feels like it's lacking some features. It doesn't have opacity pressure sensitivity for most brushes which can be hard to use. Nonetheless, it's a fun program to mess around in.

I'd personally recommend Sai. Tons of features, and an update in progress. I've used it for years and I'm not tired of it.
