Unfortunately, receiving gifts yourself isn't guaranteed. But we're trying to advertise, because the more people from different CS 'environments' (the roleplayers, the artists, the collectors - I noticed these groups like to stick together and many users are friends there) join, the higher chance of being gifted. ^^

So, we join, choose someone who is being a Santa, invite our friends, gather up pets, and then give them to them? but how do we make sure the person we choose isn't already being gifted? Do we PM you? I am so confused.

I believe it was stated that there is a very low chance whoever you pick is being gifted. You can pick anyone on CS, from my understanding. C: Even if they're being gifted, you wont know. xD But still, the chances are low.
