Do different Zvers have differences in terms of strength of telepathic abilities, and would it be possible to have Zvers that had no telepathic abilities? Is this an ability they have to learn to use, or is it an innate ability that they would gradually develop over time?

Alphas would have the strongest ability, only because they generally use it over greater distances to communicate with their full pride much more often than regular pride members would need to. Quartan3 born zvers always have strong telepathic abilities due to being born into the pride social structure. It would be possible that zvers born on earth might have very weak abilities if they are not immediately acclimated into a pride environment. Orphaned zvers or those that are born and taken away from their family wouldn't be able to use their telepathy very well if at all as they wouldn't be properly socialized.

what is the average lifespan of a Zver?

They live about the same length of time as a captive cougar in the wild, so anywhere from 20-30 years. That can be almost doubled if they are living with a human, extending their life to 40-60 years if well cared for.

I remember I was into this species a while ago but never got around to adopting one. Aahh it's awesome to see the, up and running with new lines and stuff!!

Also; I was wondering if you were allowed to have one of your human oc's 'adopt' a Zver, if that makes sense?
I have a human oc I wanted to use in my story to be the one to adopt this Zver, since it would fit in super nicely in my long and confusing 'headworld' of sorts xD
But I just mean, could I write the story of how this Zver bonded from his perspective rather than mine?

Yes, you're welcome to do that. Zvers can be gained in many different ways, so adopting one from somewhere would also be Canon(though totally illegal haha)
