Medusa's Cascade- I know what you mean, I'm the opposite, I don't really like drawing big fluffy things x3 It's really helpful to branch out though. Thank you though! I agree, it is a bit short, I'll try to adjust the head. And your updated sketch does look better, by the way c:

Nex- Thank you! I'll adjust the dew claw now, I didn't even notice that, my bad xD For your speed paint, I'd suggest brighter highlights in some areas. He's bursting out of the water, so obviously he's going to be all wet and shiny ^^ I really love it though, you've added incredible definition everywhere with your shading :3

A creature called a Jari that I made up. Comments and crits are fine, but I don't plan on changing this, as they are already for adoption at PR. However, I'll keep all the advice for future reference.

It looks great!! Wow!!
One thing to say, the hind leg closest to us is a little short. So when it landed on the ground it would be uneven to the rest.
Any attempt by me to redline that would be a failure ;.; XD
Also, the front leg away from us, that paw should be on the ground, unless your dude is going for a barrel role
(I tried to find a ref for the front leg, but I couldn't, so do forgive me if I'm wong, however, I do feel that that paw should be on the ground )

However, from my experince with bears (Which doesn't exceed much more then documentaries, so pardon me again if I'm wrong) bears usually don't sit that nicely. Here's one of a fella sitting down D'awww
Yea. Bears just don't sit very nicely. At least not for cameras XD
Don't ever be afraid to totally do wild and crazy poses!! They're awesome!! References are great for them too~
