No, spamming has always been against the rules here since spamming is against CS's rules as well. I'm unsure of when the new thread will be up but it's being worked on!

That's weird, I thought I saw it in the Spam Policy or the rules that spam wasn't allowed, but they'd give us several pages before the remake to post it. I guess it got removed or something cx Understood
