Well, maybe not all the money, I would most likely drown in coins and paper :U But a lot, heck yes. Sorry characters, I love you, but with money I could help a lot of people c:

ahh I don't mind one or two fursonas but anything over that is just . . . *shrugs* I mean, people can have as many as they want but I'll never have more than two ;u;

I don't know? I mean, I'm debating weather or not to make Apache my second 'sona because as much as I love Blueh, she's just not connecting to me as much. Personality wise, she represents me down to the core, but her design just isn't my favorite ;u;

I've had several 'sonas before, and I know that it's really hard to let one go becuase you love them, but just don't feel that they represent you quite as well. A good thing to try is revamping your sona if you don't quite like it as much---it helps once you've got a fresh design in your mind.

No I don't think it's a bad thing, I have two fursonas, they are based off of me and I'm attached to them greatly.

I connect to them both, and I can't decide. So I split my personality into the two.

I hadn't had a fursona until this year, I feel that now I'm starting Highschool, I'm actually finding who I am. So I decided to actually have a fursona. I play a game, WH, or wolf-haven. My main account is Keziah on there, which made me decide on her being my secondary fursona, and Kalel my main sona.

I would rather change the personality then the design overall, I love my fursonas design and would never think to change it.

I have them because they all represent different aspects of me. Combined they become me. Apart they are my characters

I think it's neither good or bad - I personally have two fursonas, plus my ponysona. It's really up to personal preference and how you express yourself.

Well, I find my reason is that I put off different auroras at times. Kind of like, I behave differently around different people, so differently I can be seen in completely different lights and as a different person. Sometimes, my emotions dominate, in which case I feel closer to Alonia, who's violent and rash but deeply hurt. When I feel calmer and balanced, Fiametta takes over with a more serene and friendly presence. When you speak to some of my friends who know me for my hand to hand combat skills, I feel more like my ponysona Ice Fire, a warrior with an unspoken tale.
I feel like people have many reasons for multiple fusonas - different sides of the personality may rule during different periods like with me, some people may feel a connection in some ways that's lesser but important to who they are... The list is endless.

I feel like if you lose attachment to a fursona, it's okay to change it. People change, and with them, who they are. The fursona is something which grows and develops with it's owner, I think, and even though they may have been important at one time, you may lose that connection with a life experience or perspective flip. They may still be important to you, sure, but it's most important that you as a person connect on a deeper level. IDK if you get what I'm saying, but in short, the connection changes, and you have to move with it. No use wearing a shirt that no longer fits!

I think it's fine if you have one or five fursonas.
A lot of people of many fursonas, each describing a different part of their personality and things like that.
I think it would be weird, though, if you had, like, twenty or so fursonas. That is a little much.

As I said before, many people have multiple fursonas to describe different parts of their personality or their hidden dark side.

Not at all. I've only gotten into the fursona idea last year and i've already changed twice due to the lack of a strong connection towards the character.

I'm pretty sure money wouldn't be worth anything if it was all concentrated in the hands of one person. That aside, I understand your point. No, I would not trade Tomare for any amount of money. Enough of my emotions have been invested into his story that part of him will always be inside me and even if I sold the copyrights to his design, I would still know his personality and backstory as well as I do today. I think if anyone else tried to write for him, it wouldn't even be the same character really. I really just wouldn't be able to do it. I'm so attached to him and writing his story is one of the few things that makes me really happy, and as others have said, I would not sell my happiness for money. Some people have been saying that characters are just pixels on a screen, but they are not. They are intellectual property, you own far more of your character than any one drawing; characters are not just images. I write for my characters and while I know they are not real, they and their personalities all exist within my mind and I would be lost without them. I apologize if I sound immature or if it seems like I'm not thinking practically, but my characters have helped me get through a lot of tough times and I would not be myself without some of them.

I'm selling some of my less used characters on dA here if anyone's interested.

I'm also holding an art contest here with Rares List prizes. I haven't received much interested in this contest, so if anyone thinks that I should offer a higher Main List pet, please PM me.
