The staff and owner are inactive. Unless they come back suddenly I think we should just have one of our most active, most helpful members remake the thread. The club will be a lot more fun with a staff that participates and we could hold new polls and maybe things like building contests. <3

That sounds so awesome! It would be really fun if the club became more active that way c:

On another note, I finally got to play 1.8. My mouse was out of batteries when it came out and since I wasn't home I didn't have any new ones.

I spawned in an area that literally had bunnies everywhere. I found one with a really cute color. *~* There were also many horses, a lot of pigs and many cows as well. Plus, the biomes around me were snowy and Spruce forest, so the possibility of finding wolves is pretty high. Paradise?
The only thing I'm missing now is some slime for leads and carrots.
I'm a farming and animals nerd in Minecraft x3

I played 1.8, and the guardians freak me out. They just keep staring at you.....with those eyes....*shudder*
Anyways, I played around with the 'custom' setting, and somehow managed to make lava rivers.

Laava rivers are pretty fun :p I made lava rivers too, and watched the whole forest burn down. My inner evil was very happy >:3

I spawned some guardians in and they killed themselves by flopping towards the lava. Some sheep also may have been burned alive by their own derpiness.

Be careful Herobrine....you have some competition....

I have decided to start a single player world just to play around with the 1.8 things..So far there is nothing I really like other then the banners and armor stands.

The new blocks they have, they all kind of look ugly in my personal opinion. Maybe if there was more items to make out of them I might start using it? And the bunnies, I now have to start fencing off farms -.- The little buggers keep attempting to eat my carrots. I really hate fencing off things, so I guess I will have to play with some new ideas to make my farm look decent. But question..has anyone ran into the killer rabbit?

Stonefly, I agree with you.
The only block I really like is prismarine lamps. Those are nice, and they're helpful in a build that I'm working on. I also really don't understand why they changed sponge textures. ;(
Anyways, killer rabbit? Sounds dangerous. I hope everyone has their rabies vaccine..

The killer rabbit hits you for 5 hearts in normal, I think. It also attacks wolves XD.
