But, for the real picture, I think you need to dig deeper... Do you remember Snape's memories? In the first part, when Lily and Severus are lying in the grass after Petunia called Lily a freak (etc). There is a very short moment that you can see her eyes good, they're BROWN.
So, the whole thing in the movies is wrong, My life is a lie ;3;
EDIT:
If I would spot Umbridge somewere, Wizard- or Muggleword alike, I would grab the first -hard- thing I can and start messing her up, screaming ''You no longer use Blood-Quill on Master Harry Potter sir!'', in a high pitched voice, like Dobby's X3

U.U Thank you! I am in a Dobby-mood, ya know? I am driving my mom crazy with my high voice!
So, I have this amazing idea: When I finish school, I will put my diploma on the wall, with the text. ''Teacher has given Kim papers, now Kim is FREEE!'' With a picture of me, running away. XD

About the eyes....
YEs, Daniel was allergic to the contacts, but that doesn't mean they couldn't have changed them after the filming, at least when the eyes were up close it would be easy to change with our technology.
And then the fact that when the few times they showed lily they didn't even have the same eyes. . . Ahrgh
