is any one else having troubles getting new dragon on fr like been opening chest and playing in coil
as well and seem be no luck at all and they cost way too much buy from the market place at moment
so i don't know what else too do

The dragons are normally like that.
Its marked as 'rare' meaning hard to obtain. So it's not going to pop out easy, you just need to keep grinding. I just brought one because I gave up on looking.

Its hard to obtain right now as its a new breed (and you can only get it from the eggs and scrolls) and not many people have the scrolls to scroll rtb breeding pairs to breed them to have more nocturnes in FR c:
It will normalize in 1-2 months or so c: (the crystal hype went for 3-4 months I think?)

Anything the user gives really. You'd have to ask them what they offer. But you could get a list pet.
