This is Sumiko Oda(純粋な天国, Pure Heaven)and is a jōnin shinobi of Konohagakure. She belongs to the Oda clan, a famous and elite clan known for their outstanding skills and many prodigies. She is skilled using small weapons, such as senpon needles, kunai knives, shurikens, etc. Her headband is usually strapped around her neck and she has a long ponytail in the back.

The Oda clan is recognized by their distinct blue hair, collar up shirts, arm armor, and ninja mask as well as their orange eyes. She is cousins with Kazuki Oda.
I'm trying to extend the Oda clan further and more information to be told as I go along. Any approvals of this clan?
