Happy primes are a real-world concept. Basically they are numbers which are both happy...and prime. XD I have no clue what happy numbers are, but I think The Doctor explains in the episode.

Yup! The Doctor were never good at changing faces, not even regenerate! That is why 10 had to sleep for a very long time when he regenerated from 9-10, because something went wrong, same with 11.
But what I don't get, is why Oswin did not remember The Doctor in the Christmas special.
Well, I never saw that episode when Oswin first appears, but she were a dalek, soo...
