@ Harpalyce: I can't say much about shading because I'm not very good at it. Something I noticed about the anatomy though, Zuko's right arm doesn't seem to connect quite right, especially the forearm. I don't really know much about anatomy but it jet looked off.

I finished my piece, it had gotten too far along to really fix much by the time I read your crits but thank you.

cannec // it turned out very nice,
i would just say to try and paint the grass yourself
instead of using a brush because it looks much less realistic.

also (just for next time), the legs are quite thin and a bit long —
i'm not sure if they could support the body! c;

I made myself a "page buddy" for on deviantart. I actually animated and pixelled for real - and those are two things I never never never do. orz I like animating lots, but I really hate pixels.
I forgot to copy the IMG code and logged out of photobucket, so I'll just leave you with a link to it on dA <3

@Zeph - I absolutely love your shading and paws. <3 That turned out very nice. ;u;

@Cannec - If you're going to use a grass brush, you always always always do the furthest away grass first, and work your way up. It looks like you didn't do that al the time, I can see some of the very bottom parts of the grass. Or just hand paint it, which will give an even nicer look, but takes a really long time.
