No, she only has the one, the dog form.

She loves anything/anyone who is kind enough to let her herd or protect something! Trait wise, she likes benevolent, cordial, friendly, and caring people/animals. She dislikes anyone who is rude, mean, bullies others, and makes curt or smart-allick statements.

Do they have mate or crush? Who is it?
She has no mate and no crush and is more of an independent dog. She prefers to guide and protect the herds or flocks she watching over rather than taking time and building a romance.
