Some people think skateboarding is completely pointless too. Have a friend that plays pokemon that thinks it is. What type of board you ride?

Ha, it was pretty much dead when I went, there was only one other person on the aisle. The huge piplup are awesome. I've been saving up money to go there again but I've never actually gotten around to getting back out there. Hmm, this raises a question I've been thinking about for awhile. If I may ask:
Skaters are generally troublemakers and Pokemon people are, let's face it, mostly considered nerds. What do you think when the two mix?
I was at a Zumiez a few days ago getting some new beanies and looking at the cruisers and I was wearing my pokemon hoodie. Half the employees commented and I had a discussion about Pokemon X with one of them. Do the two things really go together? I don't know many people affiliate with either boarding or pokemon and I've never met anyone, save myself, into both.

Yes my female friends consider me a nerd. My male friends consider me cool. And I have a male friend who is a skater and he is in the Jock clique. He tends to brush of most video games. He mostly plays the violent games {sort of} like CoD, GTA 5 etc. Before he actually played the games in middle school. And that pretty cool your both ^^ and most skaters I've met are trouble makers. Oh! And my cousin {well I don't know if this counts} he is a skater but he got shot 2 years ago. Recently he plays Pokemon games and such so I dunno if he counts.

If you ask me, it is the most pointless thing i have ever seen, i have a few mates who have enjoyed it through their childhood. But i just don't see the point of watching scary little animal things pop out of a ball making scary noises. I prefer to spend my time skateboarding and listening to heavy metal and rock music :3

Scary little animal things making scary noises. cx True for the most part. Such as Drowzee {spelled right?} and Hypno. But can you really call this creepy? Oh and rock music, I see you have a nice taste in Music x3

Admittedly, I'm in the troublemaker group as well, but at the moment I'm kind of trying to break away from that reputation. We don't have many cliches at our school, but we do have a popular kid group and the skaters generally aren't in it. I'd say your cousin counts-he takes an interest in both.

I've got a Superior and I've never actually got to ride a longboard, which sucks because I really want to. I'm hoping to go to Colorado or South Dakota or somewhere at some point to learn snowboarding, though, and maybe at some point go to the coast to surf, since skateboards come from surfing.

I love Sleeping With Sirens. Trophy Father's Trophy Son is my favorite song of theirs. Evanescence is radical too btw.

I have a phobia of them also ;_; when I was 5 I was pushed into the ocean by my brother and im terrified of the ocean and mainly sharks.

My fear has gotton so bad i won't even go in a swimming pool or take a bath ((stupid, i know, but my fear makes me scared in deep water )) I plucked up the courage this year to go in the pool when we went to Portugal, and my sis started singing the Jaws theme tune, so i freaked and refused to go near the water again.

Im scared of water of swimming pools also. For the most part I can swim in it but im scared when people touch me or pull my leg. The shark fear rules over me
