Oooh I love how you did the cupcakes! And the background :3 I see a few minor issues with Pinkie, though. I think that you should lower her eyes more so that they are lower on her face, and possibly rotate them a little bit inwards. So instead of "- -" (<-those represent eyes xD) I think that it would look better like "\ /". A little less exaggerated, though, just rotate them a bit :) The nose also looks a bit awkward to me; it looks somewhat piggy-ish :P I'm not too sure about how to fix that though.. Other than that the coloring is done so well :) And I love the poofiness of her hair!

I shall see what I can do about the eyes, and I'll look up some ponies for anatomy references.

Hmmm I'd say her eyes are a weeeeeeny bit too close together. :p

And the nose should look fine if you narrowed it a little. :3

The nose = Perfect.

The eyes look better now, but I think they're a little.... " Flat". >.>

Pinkies eyes look more arched I think.

Oooh yes, no wonder it looked off :3 Pinkie eyes are pretty curved haha. I still think that it should be tilted a bit more, so like the opposite of what you did previously :)
