I did a quick overlay...they match up perfectly..unless you used some kind of grid, that's impossible without tracing..click..again, I don't mean to offend you, but that perfect of a match just isn't possible through referencing alone.

(some areas are off by a little, but mostly because I'm bad with overlaying. You can still see in areas such as the face how cleanly it lines up)

Conclusion: Very bad. >.<

IAmLink, I have to agree with August there. It's almost exactly like the reference picture, so, forgive me if I'm a little suspicious of it.

Redline.

The first thing I thought when I saw your picture was that he seemed really tense. If he is sleeping (or unconscious), he should be relaxed, right? So I made the neck thinner and the shoulders lower. The head is slightly tilted because I don't know about you, but I don't sleep with my head straight up. Also with the pillow, there should be wrinkles and folds to show that he is actually laying on it. Overall, I really liked this piece. I can never draw lineless. xD

You will want another opinion, though, I'm not the best at humans.

I tend to sleep straight, for some reason, so I tried to draw it based off that. c: Thanks, though. The redline helped considerably with the fact that mine seemed a little tense. c:
