my friend watches( or reads?) jojo's bizarre adventure. I know a little about it kinda just from what pops up on my tumblr dashboard. the art style is really interesting, but the boston terrier/dog (?) is super creepy looking and put me off lol

i dont keep up with bleach anymore because it aggravated me. If Ichigo loses his powers they should stay lost. I accepted the first time he lost his powers after using that one move his dad told him NOT to use against Aizen (i think?? idk he was super hot though) and got a new one but after that no. it was annoying. i don't care if he's the main character and supposed to be the stronger blah blah he cant be perfect and protect everyone all the time. i just feel like they're trying to drag it out as long as possible (unlike Naruto, where they rushed that stupid ending omg i hate it so much there is no way naruto had any kind of romantic feelings for hinata. Kiba i could understand. But not Naruto. And Sasuke and Sakura? LOL NO. He's expressed so many times he doesn't care for her and definitely not in a romantic way. He probably only tolerated her/befriended her (if you wanna call it that) because Naruto cares about her. If he didnt wanna end the series with Naruto and Sasuke together then he should have ended it a different way or at the very least really vague on who was with who.)

i honestly couldn't get into naruto

but about the dog, his name is iggy and he is only in part 3: stardust crusaders
and there's eight parts and the later ones are really good
the plot is quite interesting so if you like that sort of thing you should read it
my favorite parts are vento aureo and steel ball run
bleach is a bit pulled out as in the mangaka really should have
ended it earlier but i just want to see how the mangaka is going to resolve everything
and that's why i'm sticking with it

i sometimes watch dubbed naruto w a friend as a joke but nizo i can relate to your anger with that ending, except it's with a different show (yugioh zexal second the end made me A N G E R. if only yuma and ryouga had ended up together, all i want is more canon lgbt+ couples and less heteronormativity in the media. kotori mizuki is a terrible female protag b y e )

anyway, yesterday i started steins;gate! i really like suzuha and kurisu so far. its references to john titor are interesting, and i googled them and john titor was actually a real thing. v nice

I've come to terms with myself that I prefer subbed over dubbed now.
I always preferred dub bc it was easier but after my friend gave me dubbed Death Note
that was such a turn off?
But kuroshitsuji and madoka magica I still prefer dub.


Also has anyone watched highschool of the dead? I bought it a few weeks ago.
How could I resist something that was half price and seemed pretty interesting?

I'm a bit bored by the recent hype of apocalyptic stories with a group of children saving the world, I can't stand the titans (design and story) and the story just doesn't sound interesting for me. For some people it's also the dislike or sometimes even hate for all kind of popular things.
I like neither AOT, nor Tokio Ghoul, nor Hetalia, nor Spongbob, nor South Park, nor Tribute of Panem, nor Twilight, nor Avatar, nor Shades of Grey or any of those popular horror movies - maybe something is just wrong with me XD

I'm a bit bored by the recent hype of apocalyptic stories with a group of children saving the world, I can't stand the titans (design and story) and the story just doesn't sound interesting for me. For some people it's also the dislike or sometimes even hate for all kind of popular things.

I read the first few pages of AOT and saw the beginning of the anime, I saw a few episodes of Hetalie, Spongbob and South Park, I saw all of the Twilight movies (because my sister had them) and I saw Avatar. I only know the story of Tokio Ghoul, Panem and Shades of Grey. Also saw one of the Saw movies, will never get that out of my head...
It's not that I hate them, but I find some of them just mediocre or the content questionable (especially when people say "you just don't like it, because you don't understand it" or something like "it just shows the truth nobody wants to talk about" -.-).
