It's CS Duster! Just bigger. That was my first thought with this one.

If CS made lion-tail items or something similar, that horse would look almost exactly the same as her!

I like to think of this pet as a CS pet version on my girlie Dirty Paws, although the CS one is quite a bit more realistically detailed than she is.
