Well if the exact colour purple on the wrappers of the Cadbury's chocolate bars are copyrighted then I would've thought names could be too.

I could be wrong, but I believe the teacher of my law class said that it's exclusively theirs when concerning chocolate products and drinks. It can be used by anyone for anything else.
