I believe that that 'NaruHina' screenshot was from a 'mind theatre' kind of cutscene from one of the characters. It was something they imagined in their heads(I think it was just a little thought bubble of Hinata's because she's the only one that would vision a happy wedding between her and Naruto). There was no actual marriage scene in Naruto SD.
And besides, Naruto SD is a comical spinoff series that has nothing to do with what Kishimoto writes. The original comics were fan-made so technically the whole thing is kind of a fan show. That's how they get away with putting a sombrero on Orochimaru and making Lee wear a bikini. They imply sooo many couples that Kishimoto will never make happen in his Shounen series.
