Does your dae wear any accessories?

No, but recently in some forms, Sol will be all black, almost with no details or light reflecting from him, with bright gold eyes. That was the way he looked in his first months when he was either canine or corvine.

Welcome, Hogosha! I'm Ty, and my dæ is named Soleriol. He prefers Sol though we're currently unsettled, but at the moment I am a summer tanager, and he's whatever is on his mind. I'm relatively new to dæmonology, and I'm dabbling in tulpamancing too, as its similar to this kind of stuff. I can never imagine having another tulpa - Sol is enough!

In regards to that question, I feel that accessories are unnecessary for a dæmon, and therefore should only be 'worn' if it is significantly important. As Ty has told you, I don't wear any myself but I do have certain styles of certain species that I like to follow.

What, if any, inanimate objects has your dae turned into?
I remember seeing a question like this months ago, and once we saw it Muri changed into a pen with wings... She occasionally changes into that form, but doesn't usually like being inanimate objects.

Does your dae wear any accessories?
Not usually, but she does on special occasions (For example, she wore a party hat on my birthday and new year, and a Santa hat at christmas. c: )
Though we do like the sound of Muri wearing another version of my jade stone bracelet. Maybe!

Yes! In sugar-glider form sometimes she is wearing a cape and flying around. XD
In horse form, blankets, and halters.
In wolf form she wears a lime colored collar, almost all the time. It is loose, and looks like this:

Whenever I think about friends or such I think of girls (I wish this was differnent...). Anyway, our house doesn't have any girl pets, and never really has, so when I think of an animal as a friend, I usually want it to be feminine. Seriously, we have two dogs and two cats and none of them are female... So that is why Lily is a girl owl.

I never refer to Sol as a tulpa; however, I'm using the tulpa-forcing techniques to give him a little more freedom. I want him to be able to be sentient, to be independent from myself so that his words are purely his own, and that I'm not influencing them in any negative way. He doesn't like the idea of the wonderland, though - I think he'd much rather be out in the real world.

What's your opinions on corporeal dæmons? I've always loved the idea, but it would bring its pros and cons..

A while ago, he frequently took the form of a flying bowling ball, mainly to annoy me. It was very bizarre and he rarely uses it now.

Nope, not unless he turns into one of my ocs, which is rare.

I think corporeal daemons would be a lot better than incorporeal. Of course, it would be very troublesome for those who have elephants or whales as daemons, but I think the daemon's shape would depend on the environment too (so someone who lives in the desert wouldn't get a blue whale, and someone whole lives in New York wouldn't get a giraffe). Then again, it's easy for me to say when my daemon is something as practical as a binturong ;)

Sol would definitely be something small - summer tanagers are hardly large, and his current choice of forms consist of nothing larger than a German Shepherd. I would love for dæmons to be corporeal, but sadly it doesn't look promising. Your theory makes sense, Verdande.

No, to be perfectly honest, Sarophinx has never worn any accessories ever. I've never really projected him as anything bar an animal however, so that probably has something to say in it.
He does sometimes have some gold markings upon his wings in Osprey from (which is his current and pretty much settled form) which I'm rather fond of, but never any accessories as such.

I have a couple of questions...
1. Can daemons pass through walls?! I know this probably sounds absurd, but seriously. If you are sitting in a room and your daemon is in the room next to you (close to the wall obviously, because otherwise it would be uncomfortable..) would you just project them into the room, or would they move through the wall? o-o
2. How far can Lily move away from me without it feeling weird? You guys can't answer this question I realize, so how far can your daemon move away from you, and maybe we can average it to see!
3. What is happening to them when they are not with you? Is that even possible? Can you stop and start projecting them, or are they always there?

Funny about the first question, Tos actually passed through a door today. I was in the school's washroom, which is pretty small, and he decided that a horse would be the perfect form to take, so half of his body ended up outside. Really, your daemon can be anywhere you can imagine. If you want your's to go to space, project it being in outer space. It's all iimaginary, so reall, you're only limited by your own imagination :)

How far away a daemon can move without it being uncomfortable depends largely on the person. I get anxious if Tos is a mere 20 ft away from me, but some are perfectly fine with projecting their dae 100 ft away :3

Your daemon is your subconcious, so even if you've never even heard of daemonism, the dae will always be there. A daemonless person would be completely deprived of any thought and life force, and would basically just be a zombie.
I've never once med a person who talked with/projected their dae 24/7. It would be extremely distracting and take a lot of energy to do so. On the contrary, I've med people who didn't talk to their dae for months or even years (heck, I made Tos five or six years ago but only began talking with him in 2013!). So yes to both of your your last questions. You can stop and start projecting them at random, and at the same time they're always there in some way. I hope that made sense ^^'
