But anyways it's basically a challenge that you take all through 2013. The goal is to completley develop every one of your characters, and anyone you don't by the end of the year you should deeply consider trading/selling/re-homing.
It helps if your lazy like me, and gives some incentive to actually get your character's info done, and it may help you see some of the characters you don't use/connect with as much anymore.
