oof my con is officially less than two weeks away, which means con panic has finally set in! Lol

I’m making a Zenyatta cosplay (from Overwatch) and need to make some gloves to do the robot hands with. Does anyone here have any tips for making arm socks out of tights? I’ve got some really thick black ones I want to use, but I can’t seem to find a very clear tutorial online to help me, and I have NO idea what I’m doing!

The cosplay suit for my XenoQueen cosplay doesn't stretch enough to zip up any more and replacements are seemingly impossible to find in a larger size! WHAT DO I DO?! I HAVE THREE MONTHS TILL SUPANOVA!

I need to make a bow, namely a con safe bow that a) won't shoot, or at least not in a dangerous way and b) looks good when drawn in photos. Anyone got any suggestions?

What sort of bow? Merida bow or crossbow?
Either way, you could use a toy one as a base and modify it to your heart's content.

Modern bow - Hawkeye style. A toy one is a possibility, but a lot of those are a) small and b) not great quality. Idk, I'll dive into the whole costume more once my break starts in about a week!
