Yes just popping in again to say hi. Haven't been on the fanclub in a while, so much to do IRL! Btw, I kinda need something to do, so perhaps plumie commissions? They'd be traditional and humanoid. I'm thinking to start at about 5 C$ or a couple uncommons each? Idk. Sorry that I don't have examples right now, the best I have is my gallery, so go check it out! All I can say is that my human art is better traditional 0-0 PM me!

How many people feel a connection to their plumie mostly based on colors or design?

I really like my plumerians' designs, they're fun to draw, but I'm mostly connected to the characters that are attached to them.

How many people feel the connection for a different reason and why?

I connect to my characters, especially Monty even though he's not a whole lot like me. I've been working with these characters since June (Tora), July (Prosper, Monty and Chase) and August (Hadley), I've gone a long way with them and I still have ambitions for how I plan to change them in the future.

What about the Plumie led you to form that connection with it for the first time?

For Akatora and Chase I at first really liked their designs but then once I started working with their characters, I really liked the concept and what I could do with them. For Akatora, getting involved with the community had a bit to do with it as well.

Prosper and Hadley I mostly fell in love with their designs first, I saw their creations on streams and formed a connection to them. Prosper was definitely my most ambitious character conecpt and I'm surprised I won really, I'm still trying to put the 'finishing touches' on his character lol

As for Monty, I won him on a raffle by mistake honestly, definitely don't regret it though because after I started developing him he quickly became my favorite character to use. Funny story that I've told a lot of people already but once upon a time I had this weird, strong urge for a plumerian named Monty... I tried out for about five short competitions, and I dropped out of a few because there was another plumerian I wanted to try out for with a friend (The Yin/Yang plumies).... except a raffle... which had a 207/1 chance of winning. 0.0something percent chance at winning. I wasn't even going to check who won until I saw "Monty" in the title. So in short he was the accidental/not so accidental child. I still love him though, I'm super glad I won him. His character has gone through drastic changes and, as I said before, definite favorite of mine. Plus his design is super rad, I love Seal's designs. 8)

With me, it was Alazne's design and colors. She was beautiful even though her design is hard to really draw(I can get the black down, it's the blues and pinks XD)

How many people feel the connection for a different reason and why?
With me, it's all about design and what I can do with them. With all the plumies I tried out for, I lost, which sadden me a lot, to the point of quieting. I have lost every plumie I tried out for so far, but a few are still being judged, but I know I won't win. With the readoptions, it was impress me, I still lost those. I like the ones where you can give a persoanlity because it helps me start connecting with them and everything. Yet the only plumie I got is Alazne.

What about the Plumie led you to form that connection with it for the first time?
Actaully, I never tried out for Alazne, she was a gift and I was so shocked that a nobody like me was actually being gifted. When I first saw plumies, I thought they were amazing, but then I noticed how popular they were, which caused me to hold back, even now, I am thinking of only hanging out around the fanclub. Alazne has a connection with me because she was such a surprise and then I got to make her personality. Even now, I am still working on her.

I would just like to take a second and say how awesome Swiftalu is! That non-owner Plumerian they made is stunning, and it is rare! Most non-owner ones are common, but Swiftalu spent so much time and put so much detail into this babe, and dedicated it to non-owners! I just think this is amazing!
Also, (I know it is not closed yet butt...) good luck to every body entering for that babe! She is a doll <3

I'd say it's 50/50 between design/colours and personality.
What about the Plumie led you to form that connection with it for the first time?
bucky i just saw there and thought he was so gorgeous! the contest was perfect for me as i love writing and his personality just came out through the story, which seemed to have a mind of its own cx
i saw nathaniel when i was refreshing the plumerian page for new cuties which i used to do a bit xD i saw a new one by tiny--fire and it was FCFS where you had to find pictures in the posts. the soft colours just clicked with me so i searched for the images and managed to be first!
lilo was the first child of any plumerian i've ever had - well her and chandelier. her colours were and are just beautiful, and rockpelt let me have her <33
sikya was a MASSIVE suprise when he was gifted to me! i had a message from cece with the subject ':)' and I had no idea what it would be, i certainly didn't expect to be gifted such a wonderful plumerian! i quickly connected with his design and idea of his connection with cats and the connection has grown from there finding his mate and having his children <3

i'd say everyone connected with the design since that's what what starts it all.

How many people feel the connection for a different reason and why?
although it was the design i liked when i first saw mysterium, it quickly shifted to the ideas i had for her and my plans.

What about the Plumie led you to form that connection with it for the first time?
for my sole plumerian, mysterium, first it was the sort of wolf-ish edits, as i love the animal, i had an appreciation for the cool background and the wonderful design. as soon as i saw the form i already had ideas for the gal, which encouraged me to try out.

Honestly I love all my plumies designs.I normally don't try to get a Plumie unless I like the design.Normally I fall in love with the personality I have for them

Yeah,their designs are perfect and I wouldn't want them any other way,BUT!that's not the reason I love them so much.For Perth,it's the fact of his disability.I love being able to help characters work around them.And his personality is the exact way I imagine him to be.For Reese,I really wanted a Plumie that's comes off naturally distant and cold,but has her own,personally sad reasons for being that way,and when someone is close to her,she's overly loyal.For Monica,it was more so the smart nature I saw when I looked at her,and Hibi,I know what it's like to be abandoned,so I was drawn to that instantly

What about the Plumie led you to form that connection with it for the first time?
I won Sona as a runner up, but I just fell in love with her simple yet stunning design
and her feathers and eyes are just too adorable and lovable! For Hangzhou, I instantly
thought of a personality and some likes for him, which led to me suddenly connecting
to him at the last second.

Just popping in to say that the pixels people ordered from me will take some time but I SHOULD be fine with them tonight if plans go well and my internet is but up for my laptop...

I already have two people on reserve and will take one more person for my created pixels as long as they order one or two, but none over for now.

Depending on designs they'll cost 15 even or 20 even in DA points or a VR under the year 2012, unless a rerelease, for one pixel each.

That's for animated.
For non animated it's a few rares or 10 DA points.

Mukesh? omg he was a RU first off, but
the original contest I wasn't really sure about the design
because I never am a big fan of orange against
dark black, but when I wrote my form I really connected
to my character. When Mukesh got designed, it was an instant
puzzle piece fit and the connection was very strong the force was with us
