Or: Children see a Thing Man Was Not Meant To Know, run around country looking for another one.
Or: a bishonen sets out to return his brother to his bishonen form, but end up saving their country from another bishonen. Lots of Author Appeal, Aesops, and Moments of Awesome ensue.
Alternatively: A short double-amputee and an everything-amputee go on a quest to find a magic rock.

I died laughing.

Black Butler sounds weird. O_o In fact, most animes are really complicated.
For example, even though my friend IRL had been telling me about FMA for weeks, it wasn't until I read a plot summary on AnimeHere (the first anime site I used, but it kind of sucks...) that I knew about Equivalent Exchange and that the boys attempted to resurrect their mother. Well, I knew they resurrected someone, I just didn't know who.

I also used to find it odd that mangas were published in magazines... but then I remembered: mangas are comics! FROM JAPAN!

Anyone heard of a game called Solatorobo? Well, it has anime sequences for its openings. Heck, without that game, I might not be posting in this thread now - talking about it with my friend IRL eventually got him to introduce me to FMA... it's a long story. X3
Anyway, two things:
1) Are there such things as fan translations of the Solatotobo mangas?
2) It would be awesome if there was an anime of the game. If it were to exist, they'd better not make it super-cheesy (Pokémon) or really boring (Utawarerumono).
