Well I don't think GA's can give runner ups in the first place xD
And I don't really think it's fair for RU's to be non-owner only uvu <3
That makes it seem like only non-owners can do a good job on that Kia; what if an owner entered and tried really hard, but couldn't get a runner-up because of that, and the runner up went to a non-owner who didn't try as hard? ^^;;
Honestly, I want to support non-owners, but sometimes there's a reason some people are owners and some are non-owners ... it often depends on the effort you put in and how good of an owner it seems you will be umu;;

I have to agree ; I know there are plenty of talented non-owners, I myself went through several applications for Kias before I won one of them. But there are people who throw together two minute forms and that really isn't going to cut it, because winning a Kia takes great dedication.

It's even harder for JBD's, and I've only tried for a couple because of their popularity - that's why I didn't apply for any Kias at first, there was such good competition, I was nervous.

I have to agree with Charchar. I, myself am a non-owner trying for Kias, but that would be extremely unfair to everyone if non-owners could only get RU's. I think it is generous enough for Apple and the rest of the artists to be making some non-owner Kias.

This totally unfair because its like saying you like this kia? Well you can't have it you have to be a non-owner. This would be especially unfair if you didn't like the on you got.

paper, there are more and more non-owner kias coming out now. :U it doesn't really make sense to tip the scales to the other extreme and grant non-owners large chances to win runner-ups.
