I just choose my runts randomly. For example, I made Beetlekit a runt because he looked significantly smaller than the other two (at least with their original photos) Another thing, if i may add on.. Maybe, a runt has a higher chance of being stillborn/dying shortly after birth?

I think there should be an option where the mother dies, but not all her kits. (Though they will likely die if there isn't any other queen to care for them)
