Hey I have a quick question. ^_^ If you're a nonowner, you post a complete form for a nonowner Kiamara, but before the contest ends you win a different Kiamara, what happens? Would you be excluded from the nonowner competition even after putting effort into the art and form?

well i just lost 248 which was sad, But sandwhich said if ga's were allowed runner ups, i would have gotten one (: SO thanks sandwhich for the thought...

Anyway, do you guys think since there is soooo many non owners. That GA's should only be allowed to give runner ups if the person is a non owner?

well i just lost 248 which was sad, But sandwhich said if ga's were allowed runner ups, i would have gotten one (: SO thanks sandwhich for the thought...

Well I don't think GA's can give runner ups in the first place xD
And I don't really think it's fair for RU's to be non-owner only uvu <3
That makes it seem like only non-owners can do a good job on that Kia; what if an owner entered and tried really hard, but couldn't get a runner-up because of that, and the runner up went to a non-owner who didn't try as hard? ^^;;
Honestly, I want to support non-owners, but sometimes there's a reason some people are owners and some are non-owners ... it often depends on the effort you put in and how good of an owner it seems you will be umu;;

I already told you that that was not going to be a rule... Having the no-RUs for GA rule keeps it so that we don't have runner up kiamaras popping out all the time, it would make too many kiamaras. And it would be especially unfair for non-owners only. Sorry. >:
