This is a rant about grammar, not bad grammar.
Why are there commas where you don't pronounce a comma? :c That's just not fair. It's a conspiracy! *Takes out new marshmallow gun and makes shifty eyes.*

Yeah, but not for all commas. I have no idea what to call it, so I just went with 'pronunciation'.

Well, in reading, if you're reading out loud a comma is a small pause. But since most people don't read their computer out loud, I have no clue.
They are good for making awesome faces though.

I love commas, I think I use them too much. Of course, some people in my class don't use them at all, and it makes me cringe. And I totally read my computer out-loud.
(Possibly) Back after a long hiatus!
If you have any questions or need help, feel free to ask me, I'm always happy to help!

I love commas! They're fun to use! Especially when you want to add something to the middle of a sentence, sort of like this, that helps explain what you're talking about! I've been told by different people that you should use different lengths of sentences when you write. Occasional short sentences are nice. They're great to put between two really long sentences that have a ton of information in them! I try to vary my sentence structures as often as possible when I write my stories, but on forums and in chats I tend to go with whatever gets my point across best. Using different sentence structures keeps things interesting.
