there's a chance that the current owner of the character didn't know about the whole no reselling rule, so i think it would be best to talk to a mod about the person who had originally sold the character in the first place when they weren't supposed to. ;u ; i'm sure the current owner would understand if you explained everything.

Everything got worked out and it was a huge misunderstanding ^^
I'd never just take it back, I would of course talk to the new owner and let them be aware of the situation. c:
And I would even offer payment, as in art, DA points and maybe even some of my loved characters because its not there fault, they had no idea ^^
