http://www.warriorcats.com/bookshttp://simple.wikipedia.org/wiki/Warriors_(book_series)Both of these lists are supposedly comprehensive.

No, considering there are many different definitions of chronological order.
-Release date (differs by country)
-Publishing date (differs by country and may include several publishers)
-Writing date (differs by author, in this case)
-Canon chronology (this series is totally out of order; Star Wars level mayhem)
Writing and publishing dates can be very difficult to obtain. Google can get you the other two with a bit of clicking around.

Ah, I stand corrected then. I'm not familiar with the proper terminology. X) I was looking for Canon Chronology, actually.

Wikipedia states what chronology the series are in; I don't believe there are any books within a series that are asynchronous.

They're actually dire wolves. Only three have died so far, but I don't have high hopes the remainder.
I've fallen in love with the Game of Thrones series. I just finished the second book, A Clash of Kings, today, and I can't wait to read the rest. The whole thing is just really fascinating, and it's interesting that he uses so many different character viewpoints. I think Tyrion and Daenerys are my favorites. I'm not looking forward to the direwolf deaths though, so far I've only read one dying. but I guess I'm not surprised, everyone else in the series seems to die too

I'll tell you that, so far, Tyrion and Daenerys are still alive. (they're my favorites, too)
Tyrion's development progression is probably my favorite. He's a really intriguing character and winds up going a lot of interesting places, and doing a lot of interesting
people things.
Also keep your eye on Littlefinger. I totally ignored him until the latest book and now I have to re-read because I just realized he was totally running like three plot arcs behind the scenes and I wasn't paying close enough attention.

Oooh! Oooh! Games of Thrones talk!
Personally I like how Daenerys is developing. I also feel like I might be the only one who has noticed the similarities between Viserys (Daenerys' brother) and Joffrey. SPOILER ALERT! May it be because both are inbred? And seeing how Myrcella seems to be the best fit to sit the iron throne, her similarity to Daenerys too is great, despite how little she's been shown.
On a completely unrelated note, I really enjoy how Sansa is growing out of her God-annoying girly sassy horrible naive character. Most of the times I felt that what she suffered with Joffrey was completely needed for her to open her eyes. After all, she indirectly did kill her own father. Of course, I do know that she was only 13 something that time.
Aand I adore the resident tomboy rebellious princess Arya. Her distrust toward everybody felt really believable. And although I felt that she did some stupid moves (like the three wishes in Harrenhal) she's a whole great character.
And I have only just started A Storm of Swords but I already like the Brienne && Jaime duo.

SPOILER ALERT
I'm on the Jon Snow isn't Ned's kid and is in fact Lyanna's bandwagon, but SPOILER ALERT FOR THE LAST BOOK
he gets killed by the night's watch and that really threw a damper on my theory that he and Daenerys would get married and rule Westeros.Joffrey deserved what he got at the purple wedding. That's all I really have to say about him. I did think the wedding between SPOILER ALERT
Tyrion and Sansa was really awesome.
Personally I'm also a big fan of the Sansa-Hound shipping that's been going on for a while. They're a strangely awesome couple.
Arya's arc gets weird. Really weird. I'm not sure if I like it but I'm sure GRRM will find away to pull it off.
Concerning Brienne, don't get attached to her. Jaime turns into a decent guy and I actually have high hopes that he'll stab Cersei in the back. Literally, if possible.

Guys. GUYS. Someone posted this on CS trends:
The hobbit you just called fat? He’s skipping 2nd breakfast. The dwarf woman you called ugly? She spends hours braiding her beard so you can differentiate her from a dwarf man. The Uruk-Hai you just killed? He’s been abused by Saruman. See that Gollum creature with the gangly limbs and large eyes? For 500 years the Ring poisoned his mind. That Elf you just made fun of for crying? She just lost her wizard friend to a Balrog. Re-post this if you’re against bullying in Middle-Earth.

Greetings, citizens of the internet! You can call me
