hey guys! oh, wait... i don't think i've posted here since i changed my username. i used to be akaiiri - i'm not anymore. yay. me and
kar have been great, though we haven't been talking as much lately. well, still quite a lot, but not as much as we used to. we're still
pretty much perpetually trolling each other, it's very funny. especially since we're both pretty bad at it. xD

how did you find your daemon's name?
well, kar was nameless for quite a while, and one day we just decided that he did need a name. a proper one. so i just played
around with random noises for a day or two, and ended up with 'karbaenion'. i think it started off as something to do with the element
carbon and... uhh, something else. unlike all the other names i thought up for him though, this one's actually stuck. c:

daemon's very first form?
that would be a pine marten. nope, not because of hdm, actually. it was because i'd seen one in my garden the day before, and i was
really excited about it. plus, because i saw it clearly, it was easy to project. and they're just so adorable.

favourite form and why?
that's still his stable scottish wildcat form! it just suits him so much. and he looks so cuddly. i am not cuddly.

I have a thylacine tagua pendant that mostly represents my fursona. Kinda represents Cy.

How did you find your daemon's name?
Randomly flipping through a name site. I just liked how Cyrus sounded so I rolled with it. He had a stupid Japanese name when I first started, I don't remember what it was.

Daemon's very first form?
Shiba Inu/Bat hybrid. Oh what a newb I was. First legit form was Shiba Inu.

Favourite Form and Why?
Probably Thylacine or Crocotta. Both are really easy to project for me and I project them more than his settled Thylacoleo form.

I found my daemons name from just looking up random name finds on google and Altair just seemed like the one!

My daemons very first form was a red fox.
His form now is a fennec fox coze their personality fits mine exactly!!!!!!! Its the most comfortable form for us both!!

Welp, after around two years of Gideon disappearing, he's back and I'm happier for it. I've been stressed a lot ad projecting him is a great distraction.
We're feeling more like a crocodile than a cheetah now, though. My, how time changes things.

And hello daemon token idea.
I think i might end up sculpting one myself. Maybe Gid on the front and Sobek on the back.
That'd be rad.

Yep, it's similar for us as well. =) Chi and I pretty much have the similar/compatible personalities but occasionally one of us will be bitter while the other is passive, nervous while the other is fine, hyper when the other is calm, etc. I've been finding that our moods are similar more times than not but sometimes Chi will voice an opinion I'm suppressing, or I'll be upset and he'll be my "voice of reason."

with us, it's usually more one of us is the grumpy one and the other is... slightly less grumpy. we're just grumpy guys. and another
thing i've noticed is that if i stay up late, one of us will act all groggy and tired while the other is completely full of energy - without
fail, that's just how it is! so sometimes it'll be one o'clock in the morning and i'll be practically dragging my arms across the ground because
i'm so tired while kar bounces about ahead mocking me about how i stayed up too late; other times, i'll be wide awake and he'll be sat
there yawning his fluffy butt off and acting all sleepy. and... i'm receiving non-specified threats here of what he's going to do if i
say he's adorable one more time. hmm. but he really is.

yeah, neither of us ever really get stressed out - by anything - but usually if i get stressed by something, he'll have about the same
stress level. and we pretty much end up constantly complaining to each other about it when that happens. we're so much grumpy.

[b]How much of an impact has your dæmon had on your life? Are they just like a character that you like but doesn't really influence you or do they play an active role in your life? Are they somewhere in between?[/b]

Chi definitely has become a huge part of my life, I can't explain how much interacting with my dæmon has helped me out. He's as close as any friend of mine, as weird as that sounds considering, you know, he's nonexistent by most definitions. He talks me through so much and has said some of the most encouraging things. He also makes me laugh so much... I can't really elaborate on that because to paraphrase it would just sound weird but let me tell you, my dæ has the greatest sense of humor. But anyways, I kind of keep it to myself how much he means to me because to non-dæmians (which is like 99.99% of people) I probably sound like a crazy chick with emotional issues. Oh well, I kind of hope that the dæmian-dæmon bond will be understood a bit better in the future. I kind of like to think that after I die, Chi will accompany me to the afterlife and have some sort of physical form. That would be pretty neat in my opinion :P
