It's odd seeing all the different ways we found our forms ^^
Before Sarophinx was even named, his form was a red fox. After a long search for a name and some helpful websites I got the basic idea he would be an Osprey; which turns out to be his most fitting form. I guess there was a period of time where Phinx didn't change much at all but as we got to know each other better we were more fluid with each other. Now that he's settled, back in his main form, I guess I can kinda tell that we don't change that much, although we tend to think we do, and Sarophinx and I are just ourselves <3

Anywayz, for those who dont already know i mostly discovered Altair only a few years ago. His main form is a Fennec fox and he just LOVES playing about and giving me all sorts of comments! C: i almost always project the little guy, especially during school! He talks only when needed though

Aah this is interesting reading about everyone's forms c: as I said, my Daemon hasn't settled yet, but recently he's been taking the form of a binturong (bearcat) a lot of the time. I did some research on them, they don't seem that much like me, but they are fun to try and project cx

Yeah, form finding can be pretty tricky, I sort of got lucky by finding the sugar glider analysis right off the bat. I would start off broad; what do you think fits you best, mammal, bird, fish, insect, amphibian, or reptile? And then narrow it down to a specific family or genus etc. You might also want to just read the analyses of your favorite animals just for fun, a lot of times you might have a bit of a connection or liking towards your form. (I came across the sugar glider page when looking through squirrel analyses and other small mammals, I knew my dæmon form was along the lines of a small mammal.) You can also write a reverse analysis if you haven't already and get some advice from more experienced daemians.

We had been fairly stable for about a year having three main forms Snowshoe hare, Red fox and Sacred kingfisher ...
then, I don't know, I guess we decided to try out the mink form and ... well, It kind of stuck ^^'
but I don't think it suits us at all ... maybe I'll adjust to it in time

I found Altairs main form from some fox analysis i was looking through. Ive always felt like i would have some sort of fox or animal that would trot alongside rather then take to the skys.

When i found the fennec fox analysis i knew it was the right one for us!!

Will and Kirjava to be honest, we're actually really similar -though like you said dove, genderflipped
Jace and Alec - sometimes we don't appear to be close but we can read each other's thoughts and even when it doesn't seem so, love each other dearly
of course phinx is Jace xD

I was watching Kill la Kill, and I also noticed how much Senketsu acted like a dæmon towards Ryuko, it made the story interesting to me. There are actually a lot of examples of people with dæmon-like companions in literature and the media, HDM is just really the only series that describes dæmons similar to the ones we have.
