Cat Images Discussion

I go through stock image sites, so that any images that I give for your cats (as far as I'm aware) can be used anywhere you like without having to give credit or breaking site rules and most can also be used commercially but that's incidental, not a deliberate thing from me. I have a rather long list of sites to look for stock images from (most of which are in the site art theft rules, but not all), plus google has a setting where you still need to check that you don't need to give credit, but means I can find some usable things on google images with minimal effort.
My priority is making sure that you can use your characters anywhere with a 0% risk of anyone being able to get you in trouble for doing so. It limits the image options a lot, but it means you can use your cac cats in any roleplays on site without potentially getting an art theft warning.
If you want a broader image search though, feel free to PM me to tell me that, but you'll need to credit whomever posted the picture if you want to use the picture outside of cac (and I'll make sure to include that so you can). As far as I'm aware, the cac images can be looser on copyright because they're deemed personal use (second hand words from one of the site staff), but using them outside cac would need credit, and it's probably better to just give the credit on cac too for the sakes of a clean record if you do make a mistake later.

only every so often in the moonpool do i request a specific cat, which is allowed, so long as it's not every visit! @noodle.

@whoever it was who asked for clan goings on; sorry, it was liek three pages to go through and mobile isn't very happy with me right now TnT; uhhh in SeaClan, we just executed a cat who murdered four cats, and exiled the cat who ordered him to commit said murders, plus three of his less-bloodthirsty followers, and they were adopted out privately (due to them being exiles and needing to stay the same) c': now they are slowly rebuilding after the fiasco with Stormfang (the leader of the baddies who just got the boot).

@image discussion; tbh I use that link Ember linked earlier, Warriors Cats Graphics, for a lot of images. But if I need to look up specific pelt colors or something, I do my best to look for stock photos and other free-to-use photos with clear "by so-and-so, free-to-use" instructions.

@all could you give me a synopsis of your clan and what's happened to them? i'd like to get involved with what's happening in all the clans.

Synopsis of recent FloodClan - their all having a massive migraine because their leader is legit going insane from the babies she has birthed while her mate basically is leader right now. BramblingPaw just caused her mother to die inside because she is a medicine cat now, this can only be good. OakRiver has broken hind legs now, FlickeringFlame is dead and a bunch of new cats are just here now.

quartzclan :: for a while it was just gaining cats ,, but now that my clan has around twenty cats drama gonna begin. i just gave my clan a prophecy ,, blackness resides in the one of white // shattered a stone will be // the reign of colorless will take flight // only one pure of heart the end will see ,, which is going to spell bad news ,, and there are deaths in the near future that i'm planning.

Not a lot of important stuff has happened tbh. I mainly wrote forbidden romances and family drama until my first leader died. Now I've been kinda torturing my Clan since then. In the post before my last one, I had an avalanche kill 14 (technically 15) cats

So, I'm not sure exactly where to recount from with Gustclan exactly, so just going for present situation (and trying to avoid spoilers for people who I know do read Gustclan posts)...

Harrierpelt had a second litter with Boulderdash, despite being medicine cat. Two of the kits in said litter wanted to be medicine cat, and conspired that they'd both insist they would be the next medicine cat. One of their littermates also died, which lead one kit to coping by making inappropriately timed jokes, and the other to cope by withdrawing. The joker (Teaselpaw) was chosen to become medicine cat and his sister is not too pleased.
My leader and deputy have both been getting visions of stuff to come. They're both getting a little old and are waiting to retire until they're entirely sure that there's suitable replacements for them who can produce a stable clan. They've been waiting a while now... and only a few moons back, one of their preferred choices was killed, and they don't know who to pick now...
And a rather large number of kits have been dying. (for plot related reasons, not just because I've been getting unlucky with rolls).
