Quick question for you guys...do you think its better to fill out a foals personality now or wait until its an adult?

Hmmm...I'd do it like humans.
As in, they are immature and don't have a fully developed personality as children.
But when they age, they finish and fully develop their personalities.

I do it very similar to north. I create their personality now and when they all grow up I plan on editing it a bit to make them more mature but still have the basic traits.
