What personality traits would you use to describe your dæmon? Is he similar to you or more of your opposite?
hmm... Gerald is definitely an extrovert, while i'm an introvert. he is far more confident and bold. i must have all the awkwardness between us because he is so smooth. i'm absolutely terrible at comforting people, while he is amazing. he makes me laugh easily, and has a great sense of humour. he's a bit of a dork. we are quite different in personality. it's kind of an opposites attract kinda thing, it seems. (⌒▽⌒)

Ahhh that's exactly what I love about daemons.
Phinx is my other half, what I don't have he makes up for and together we have a weird chemistry that only you and your daemon can ever have. <3

Are you open about your Daemonism? Do you hide it from others or happily let everyone know?
I am generally a very open person though I find that this is the one thing that I like to keep to myself. Only one of my friends from school (who also has chicken smoothie) knows. She likes to talk/project her daemon too, which makes me feel a bit more comfortable about the whole thing!!

Question: How did you get interested in Daemonism?
Ever since I saw The Golden Compass movie years ago I've always loved the idea of people having daemons! I mean to read the books now because as I've been recently hearing and seeing Altair lots it has only made me more curious about Lyra's world!!

Oh and I've got a question!-What is an RA? What does it stand for? Is it an official test to see what your daemon is most likely to be? Because reading the Fennec Fox definition I've found that to be most accurate for me!

An RA stands for a Reverse Analysis, so yes it is a long series of questions designed for you to be able to write about all aspects of your personality and people will come along and suggest animals that might fit you.

An RA is very long and if it's not it doesn't have enough detail so they do take quite a bit of time to fill out properly but it's worth it in the end.

Do you guys talk to your daemons, or do you just project them? Do they talk back to you, or do they make animal noises?

I sometimes talk to my daemon though I mostly just project him! I do here him talk to me too

Sarophinx's comfort form is an osprey so he doesnt really make animal noises unless he's clicking his beak.
I talk to him but less often then I once used to ;n;
I get really drained mentally somedays because of projecting him, not while im projecting him of course but sometimes at the end of the day.
I try and project him as much as possible though <3

I find projecting Dominix is more consistent when I have a close fitting for. I've learned though that nothing really is going to fit for a couple more years yet so I'm trying to avoid bugging people on TDF about it.

As such I don't project Dom as much as I should but it's still fairly often, mainly in his new favourite form of a Doberman or Armoured Rat. He'll use the noise of his animal usually when growling. Other than that I can hear him tall just fine.

some days i project, some i don't. though whenever i don't project i can always sense his 'presence'. for example, i might move my arm in a certain way to avoid 'hitting' him. it's an instinct, and i usually laugh at myself when i notice. he is usually sitting on my right shoulder, or clinging to it or something and i can imagine his weight there. even when i don't project, i kind 'feel' his presence. i'm lying on my stomach now and i can 'feel' his paws on my back.
i'm not trying to say he's corporeal!!! it's just that i kind of 'feel' project... well it doesn't make sense to say it that way... aah, i hope i wasn't to confusing!!
