Have you ever experienced heartbreak, and if so, how did you cope with it?

Locura: "I have, more than once and in two different ways. The first time it happened, I was nine years old and my friend Aider left me at the command of my mother. I spent hours in my room sobbing, I'd never been alone before and Aider was the only one who understood me, so it was very hard to lose her. Eventually though, Taygan came in and helped to heal my heartbreak.
The second time, my mother betrayed us again and took us to an asylum under the guise that we were crazy. We were not crazy! But she was frightened of our power and thought the white coats could get rid of Taygan and get my actions under control. That betrayal is still fresh in my mind, I don't know if I'll ever be able to get passed it or truly cope with it. What's worse than having your own mother break your heart in that way?"

Have you ever experienced heartbreak, and if so, how did you cope with it?

Ara is the only one of my three dragons to have experienced heartbreak romance wise, and she nearly moved back to England. This was when she had fewer friends, and when two of her closest friends made her feel betrayed. Lots of things happened, but she ended up staying in America. It still took a little while to get completely over the guy she loved, but she did (because he wrote something insulting in her opinion and figured he wasn't worth it).

Happy is dating the girl he loves, so no heartbreak for him~
