[I think I see Nami as a part of the Noble Council but Dagger could be a part of either the Rebels or the Council as well....up to you, what would you prefer to have Dagger doing? -and do you have any other thoughts on what Nami might be suited for instead?-]

[Katsa is a rebel. Her personality is based off of a tiger, in a way. She shows she is capable, proud, and can be a bit of a hothead and loner. However, she can be kind and loyal to her friends. That is, if you can get through her prickly side. If you want more of a personality, I don't mind pming you one. I find this amusing because she is also one of Raoul's daughters.]
