I'm not sure. Possibly one from River's perspective-about how she always meets the doctor in the wrong order-or maybe on from the perspective of an alien (I think that would be quite cool as there have been several about aliens but never one from the perspective of an alien)

I'd probably write one from the perspective of somebody who's about to be turned into a Cyberman. It would end a few seconds after the procedure finished, with a chorus of deletes fading out.
