Rarity is REALLY smart, as demonstrated in A Dog And Pony Show/episode 19 or 20 ^^
She tricked the diamond dogs and got out of forced slavery, not to mention made the dogs give her up willingly :3 I think that brains fits her very well.

And as seen in the episode A Bird In Hoof, Fluttershy is really good at taking care of things and stuff >.< Except Phillemina or however it's spelled, but she didn't know xD

The only one I don't get is Pinkie Pie as a weapons expert XD
