How do you get all these toxics?

I would die for at least one. >.<

No one is willing to trade then because they are so lovely and if they do it's something OUTRAGOUS that people like me can't afford because no one wants to trade their nice pets for mine. If I do have a nice pet then it's not nice enough because still no one wants to trade me for it.
