will roar - their actions will be 'loud' and effect the entire surrounding area [like a roar carrying on for miles]
causing the stars themselves to fall - the stars will dissapear/ leave view, or maybe there will be a meteor shower signifying the event?
those kin of dashian - a child of dashian
those who have broken sacred bonds - abandoned the sacred ways
will fall with them - pretty self-explanatory. they'll die.

all in all; a child of Kumuu will do something that effects the entire territory greatly, and it will be so terrible that the stars themselves will die out with the king.
