Is there an FMA character you love and hate at the same time?
Alphonse in 2003. He's my favourite character in the entire series, yes, but he got stupid towards the end of the first anime... he's still adorable, though. ♥ On the other hand, I will never forgive whoever came up with the brilliant idea to turn him into a ten-year-old at the end.
I don't have any problems with him in Mangahood, though, apart from Maxey's voice for him sounding weird sometimes. (Like when he's in the hotel room with two of the wacky Chinese Xingese people...)

I made a post about 03-Al in some thread about hated characters a while ago, but I felt so ashamed of it today that I edited it out. >_< I wouldn't say I hated him in that version, it's just that everything that happened to 2003phonse in the last nine episodes was really weird and/or wangsty.
