Okay many people are PMing me now asking about them soooooooooo;
-MPPS stands for Mini PPS.
-They usually grow to PPS stage, but you have 1 in 10 chance of them growing into MPPS stage.
-They are a pre-PPS stage.
-They are usually rare if they do not grow into normal PPS stage.
-They will only be used in events unless I choose differently c;
