Hmmm. I don't like the new genes on most of my dragons, but Shadah here seems to be an exception...I'm kinda torn now...
What do you all think? Keep as Striation, or change to Edged?

I am not sure.. i mean, i really dislike the fact that we now have Lace AND Laced.
They look alright... i am not running to the AH but it can work on some dragons

Neither am I, I've been scrying my dragons and none of them looked great in it. I'm trying to stay positive though!

I am not a fan, yet, but I am glad we have them!
I don't think they look exactly bad, they don't look like feathers, but to me they look more like wet surface and/or huge scales, which is also cool.

but when you have breeding projects or wanna make fandragons, then sometimes those genes you never really liked may become the perfect genes for your project!

for an example I was never a fan of thylacine, then I wanted to make a Mad Hatter fandragon, no dragons I found on the site worked, so I had to breed what I wanted. and thylacine was a perfect gene for him imo! makes him look very Mad Hatter-y, hah. :>

by far I haven't found a dragon I exactly adore with the new genes, though.
however, I really like the look of them on Princess Taozi's dragons a few posts back! they look neat!

@TrulyBrilliant I think I prefer him more with striatation, matches better with the primary and adds a nicer look on him. :0

Well, I own a double obsidian gen one now, so that's nice.

She has lots of hatchlings, hence I was able to afford her, but she's still pretty. :)

Does anyone have ideas for a new name or dress up for her?
