Hm well it has to be a closed, big space. How do you want your killing game to be? Cause if it was inside a plane, there wouldn't be rooms and food for everyone unless it was something like the first killing game where it was super fast.
The other thing would be a prepared place, like somewhere that was modified or you can't get away easily from.

Oh god, imagine a killing game on a moon base. You cannot escape and you would have enough resources. Idk how it would work though haha

I think it should either be a big building with rooms for everyone (I can only think of something like a school/university or a military/science facility), or some small city that's isolated from everything (something like an island but that's too SDR2. Maybe in the middle of the desert or forest, or a nuke testing site. But I guess this depends on the situation of the world in your story).
It also depends on the amount of resources your mastermind has.
