I would normally just do the art required for this plumie myself but I literally have no time ;;
school and commissions have me weighed down and I so badly want to make time for this guy but my obligations are saying no

I am absolutely in love with this design and oh geez my tattoo idea
I know I am not allowed to explain it, but I think my form speaks for itself

I put a lot of thought into it and the finished one is my fifth draft :D

it isnt offen that I make a free or P2U base for anything
and I do so with the confidence that you will adhere to my rules when you do
I have found in past experiences that with the wrong crowd this type of thing never works out
I am trusting you guys to not go against my wishes, specifically when I dont go around checking these things
I leave it up to you guys to watch yourselves
I really dont want to come across it myself again, alright?

its even worse when you are doing so on a plumie that I myself am trying out for
so if I say you cannot use a base for tryout art please dont use it for tryout art
next time this happens I will bring it up with a mod

Yes, pfff, so many xD I have a couple adopts saved away that I never got around to posting, and then one or two designs that I got kinda attached to but then, meh, I don't want to deal with the backlash of making them customs, you know? ;P
