Welcome to the City of Eden. The City of the future.
This is the City of dreams and the City of imagination.
The City of Eden was developed by the masterminds of
the young generation. Four children, each extremely
intelligent and skilled in different areas developed the
City of Eden, and all within it.

Over the past few years, medical science has developed to the point that it’s almost impossible to fall ill any more. Medical miracles are a thing of the past, and a medical miracle is considered to be the every day nowadays.

Hovercraft and flying public vehicles were invented quite quickly too and transport includes hovercraft, fighter jets and the closest thing to teleportation – tele-pods. Simply step into one and you’ll be shot through a network of tunnels towards your destination. It’s lightning fast and takes a second to travel a mile.

Advances into physics have made it possible to defy gravity and create a variety of gadgets that let people walk up walls. Though the advancement’s greatest achievement would be that the earth can be moved on it’s axis now and can be taken closer or futher away from the sun.

In the sense of mathmatical and logical prowess the creation of a huge data formating system that can hold records of everyone on the planet was created, and now the whole of the human race has a microchip implanted in the back of their neck.

In truth, the City of Eden is no City of Eden at all. High-tech has replaced wildlife, oxygen is now produced manually and plant life is just a dream from long ago. Animals are few and far between, the only wildlife is in captivity within zoos and the houses of private collectors. The new city is metal, cold hard metal. Everything runs like clockwork, everything working at full capacity all the time. Imagination is a thing of the past, artists struggle in the metal world to find resources to fuel their endevours.

Image

The children who developed the City are hiding a secret. They were genetically developed in sercet underground labs. They are each unmatched in their intelect, and have been genetically developed to work perfectly in a certain area. The first is an expert within the boundries of mechanical and engineering sciences and worked on the creations of the new transport. The second is an expert in the fields of pyshics and has been tackling exploration into space for minerals and metals needed for the development of the City. The thrid child excels in the regions of medical science and biological workings bringing the medical services up to an unmatached peak. The fourth child is a genius in math and logic, able to calculate the quickest solution to a problem in a matter of moments.

The four children, having been developed in labs, also have a secret ability. The first has the abilities of telekinisis, the second has the ability of telepathy, and the third has the ability to heal and the fourth the ability to interfere with electrical signals. Each of the children, have an amazing unbeatable mental capacity but all are weak in body. They are unable to carry their own weight for a long period of time and are generally found sitting down with the inability to stand for more than a few minutes every now and then. This is a problem that no amount of healing will bypass, since each of them were devloped generically there was bound to be a deformity in the string of genes that created the megaminds.

Image

There was bound to be some retaliation against such a uniform world and that retaliation and resistance came in the form of the rebels. A group of four youngsters who hjacked a pair of fighter jets make up the rebels. They cause trouble by rewiring radio stations to blast music all over the city since these days, radio stations are floating speaker systems in the sky. They also graffiti everywhere and organise dances ontop of buildings. They once attempted to reignite animal life into the city by sneaking into a zoo and opening all the cages.

They fly in pairs, the pilot and the navigator. The navigator tends to double up as a fighter and is in charge of the weaponry in case the police catch up with them. The rebels also kown as the hjackers love to cause trouble and are skilled in trouble causing. They don't campaign for peace they campaign for freedom.

Image

The steadily advancing human race has however attracted the attention of authorities on another planet. One planet that believes the human race is advancing too fast. A group of four missionarys, disguised to look like human teenagers and young adults has been sent down to the City to retrieve the four children who developed the city at such a pace.

The Otherworlders are creatures that appear to be humanoid yet have fanged teeth and oddly coloured eyes. They aren't a bad bunch, it's just their orders to hunt down the children and kidnap them. Oh, and then to destroy the planet once they've caught all four of their quarry.

The government had other ideas however, sending a call out to the rebels, the hope is that the rebels will help the children avoid capture since the planet will be destroyed otherwise.

Would anybody be interested in a odd, parody-type roleplay?
I have this idea...
Basically, it would be a semi-lit or semi-lit+ roleplay about several members of an online community who all believe each other to be complete strangers, while in reality, they will all end up at the same school only weeks after they first interact. They are all insecure about themselves for some reason or another, and when they find themselves joining the same roleplay, and being their not-so-skilled-at-roleplaying selves, they can't help but create characters that are their idea of 'perfect'. (Yes, I did just knowingly invite a army of Mary-Sues to crash my RP, why do you ask?)
The RP would start out as mainly focusing on the online world, and gradually it would begin to focus more and more on the characters' school lives as they unknowingly meet in real life more and more often. While many of the characters would probably dislike the other RPer's characters, seeing as Mary-Sues are highly irritating, they may become friends outside of their second life, who knows?
As a sort of drama-causing twist, one or two of the 'real' characters would be foreign exchange students who go home at the end of the year, and others simply move away, flunk out of the academy, or transfer into the public school. At this point, the characters will be forced to drift apart, and the focus will switch back to the original roleplay. The Mary-Sues will hopefully be fleshed out into more realistic characters, and a definite plot will form. Then, the only difference from a normal roleplay would be the 'real' characters' "OOC" comments and the occasional few sentances while the 'real' characters go about their life.
((The middle part would, while it seems to be what would take the most time to play out, be the shortest mentioned part.))
We're both aboard on an airship as it flies
And it's chasing for a star hiding from our eyes
And before all our feelings will subside
Let's escape past the air, the atmosphere

My eyes they looked into the night sky a bit too much
And then found light it turned into a painful touch
If this world will keep on spinning in the time ahead
You should go and find a reason to live on instead
Saying bye this afternoon is really too soon

Argh. I'm dying for a good, literate dog roleplay. Can be strays or even involve dogs and humans. Hell, even only four sentences per post will work for me.
I just need SOMETHING to nurse my muse.

Either that or someone willing to make one with me. I can run it and manage it. I just really suck at plots.

I kind of get you ... xD I suck at formatting because it takes me ages to finally decide on something D: If enough people are interested, I wouldn't mind making this with someone! {needs a plot} :3

I have this /semi-lit+/ stray dog [with a twist] roleplay. It's only accepting one more dog, and it's for a male scout apprentice. ( one of the ranks ). ^^
goodbye cs <3
thanks for everything!
