Even though B.A.P hasn't been active for a while due to their lawsuit, I believe that Yongguk

19 in Korean age, actually ^^' Korean age states you are age 1 at birth, then gain one year on the start of the new year (Jan. 1). So this year, he is 19 in Korean, but 17 international since he hasn't passed his b-day yet. Hope this helps c:
