My time zone is different now, so I need to figure out what would be good for everyone. I'm in the PDT (Pacific Daylight Time), so it's 8:45 AM for me right now

That's roughly about 3 hours behind me. (EST - Eastern Standard Time)
You can look time differences up online to try and figure stuff out?

Maybe take a recording of what everyone's main time-zone is. See what the hour differences are between them, and you. Then decide on an appropriate time.
Mid-day (Like 2:30-4 is a good time) sounds like a good time to start the gathering so everyone can make it, and have time for announcements and other stuff!
